Reminders, Spiritual Care and Education

"Indeed Allah bestowed a favor on the believers when He raised in their midst a messenger from among themselves who recites to them His verses and purifies them and teaches them the Book and the Wisdom" [3.:164]

The university years are some of the most crucial years of a person's life. It is a time when our intellect begins to mature, life-long friendships are made, and we are exposed to that which shapes our worldviews.

With this in-mind, it is paramount that a healthy environment is available to university students in order for them to share and positively develop from their experiences.

Mihraab Foundation seeks to provide spiritual care in a nurturing space to develop sound judgement in order for a student to better navigate life's decisions.

Testimonials

“With Shaykh Umair and the Mihraab team available to provide one-on-one spiritual guidance, counseling, and therapy sessions, students can seek advice and support in a safe and non- judgmental environment. This has been an incredible resource for many students who may have otherwise been hesitant to seek help or guidance from a traditional mosque setting, where they may not feel as comfortable or welcome.”

“Overall, having the Mihraab team in easy access for students has been an incredible blessing. The benefits of having such a knowledgeable scholar and supportive team available for students cannot be overstated. It has provided a source of strength, guidance, and support for the Muslim community on campus and has inspired many students to prioritize their faith and seek a deeper understanding of Islam.”
